Buying cabinets at home appliance stores, home appliances at home stores, or buying home appliances at a decoration company? This shopping experience has become commonplace this year. Following O-Home's alliance with Suning.com and Easyhome's electrical and smart home experience center, Oppein and GOME have also reached a strategic cooperation agreement. The two companies plan to build 100 GOME store cabinet experience halls during the year.



The cross-border development of home appliances and home furnishing has been in existence for a long time. At the end of the last century, home appliance companies have tried water cabinet products.


Since the beginning of this year, the integration between home appliance brands/ sales stores and home brands/ stores, as well as home improvement companies has accelerated.


Last week, Oppein and GOME, as the industry's leading brands, reached a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly build the Oppein cabinet home experience hall in GOME national quality stores and promote the development of GOME cabinets. It is expected to complete 100 GOME store cabinets experience during the year.


It is reported that consumer demand for complete space solutions is one of the important factors that have contributed to the cooperation between the two parties.


Liu Jun, general manager of Oppein home cabinets, said that compared with foreign high-quality appliance stores, the combination of cabinets and kitchen appliances was accepted by the market. Therefore, Oppein and GOME jointly explored the development trend of cabinets and kitchen appliances.


In the past month, Easyhome also announced that it will build a nearly 7,000 square meter electrical and smart home experience center in Beijing North Fourth Ring Store, introducing domestic and international first-line home appliance brands.


It is reported that as early as many years ago, Easyhome began to build a professional area for electrical appliances and smart home integration systems. The data shows that in the first half of this year, sales of Easyhome nationwide stores and smart home products increased by 57% year-on-year.


Electrical appliances and smart home products are the direct force of consumer upgrades, and have become a hot spot for industry development and capital chasing in recent years. In the next 3 to 5 years, the electrical and smart home industry will enter the outbreak with consumption upgrades.
