The 43.4 metre motor yacht Seven Sins has been sold with Marc Borderon at Peter Insull’s Yacht Marketing acting for the buyer and seller.
Designed by Omega Architects, Seven Sins was built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen to ABS class and MCA compliant with delivery in 2005. From December 2014 to May 2015, she had a major refit and conversion at the Balk shipyard when her overall length was increased from 41.30 metres to 43.47 metres.
An interior in semi-gloss cherry wood with teak and ebony flooring accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a full beam master suite, two full beam VIP suites and two twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. There are also quarters for seven crew.
The main saloon provides ample seating and relaxation areas with a full-sized bar, an entertainment centre including a 50-inch plasma television screen and an open formal dining area that can seat up to 10 guests.
Seven Sins offers a full open-air living experience on the sun deck, with a huge arc of sunbathing cushions, a spa pool, a pilot seat for three guests being an ideal viewing point during navigation, a dining table for ten, a teppanyaki grill and a smoke oven. A 67,000 litre fuel tank and twin 1,000hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a range of 5,500 nautical miles at 10 knots and she is fitted with Koopnautic zero speed stabilisers.
Seven Sins was asking €8,500,000.
