The 57.85 metre motor yacht Lady Sheridan has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale with Burgess and Merle Wood & Associates.
Built in steel and aluminium by German superyacht yard Abeking & Rasmussen to Lloyds class, Lady Sheridan was launched in 2007. She features exterior and interior design by Donald Starkey.
This yacht for sale accommodates 12 guests in six cabins. The full beam master suite is located on the main deck and boasts a study and walk-in dressing room, while the VIP suite is on the bridge deck. Four additional cabins are below deck and consist of three doubles and a twin. The two aft cabins can be joined together to create a full-width VIP suite if desired. All cabins have en suite bathroom facilities and entertainment systems linked to a central Kaleidescape server offering video and audio on demand. In addition, there are berths for 15 crew.
Designer Don Starkey limited his use of woods to mahogany, platanus, Japanese ash and Macassar. The dark tones of the latter set strong accents in places such as the central stairwell, where it is used for the stair supports.
Lady Sheridan combines large public areas, stunning interior design and a state-of-the-art audio/visual system to make her a very popular charter yacht and she could be expected to do well in the same role for a new owner. Twin 1,877hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles and she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
On display at the Monaco Yacht Show 2017, Lady Sheridan is asking $43.9 million.
