73 metre Perini Navi-Picchiotti motor yacht Grace E for sale

　　The 73 metre motor yacht Grace E has been listed for sale by Penny Parrot and Josh Gulbranson at Fraser in Florida.

　　Designed by Philippe Briand, Grace E was built in steel and aluminium to Lloyd’s class and MCA coded by Italian yard Perini Navi-Picchiotti with delivery in 2014, going on to be awarded Motor Yacht of the Year at the 2015 World Superyacht Awards. A relaxed, minimalist interior in light sycamore by Remi Tessier accommodates 16 guests in seven cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite on the main deck, two VIP suites, two doubles and two twins with Pullman berths. All cabins come with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities, while a further 10 cabins sleep 22 crew aboard this yacht for sale.

　　The focus is on wellness and healthy living, and to this end the top deck of Grace E boasts a complete wellness centre, with a massage room, steam sauna, full gym, a treatment room with a hydrotherapy bath, a cold dip pool and a dry sauna. Forward on this deck is a private lounge and observation area, while aft is a sunbathing area plus a Jacuzzi and a full bar.

　　Part of the owner's brief called for quiet and smooth operation and this has been achieved with diesel-electric power and twin 2,146hp ABB azipod propulsion systems. At 12 knots she offers an enviable range of 7,500 nautical miles and is equipped with Quantum zero-speed stabilisers.
