The 27.4 metre motor yacht Tumblehome has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale with Ocean Independence and Northrop & Johnson.

She was built in composite by Lyman Morse to a design by C. Raymond Hunt and Peter Boyce with delivery in 1997 and refitted in 2013. Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins — all with en suite bathroom facilities — plus two crewmembers. A comfortable family cruiser, Tumblehome has lots of deck spaces, including an ample aft deck lounge area, which was designed to be used for card games and al fresco dining. Cherry, teak, holly and red birch make for comfortable, welcoming interior spaces and recall the Maine roots of the owner.

This yacht for sale boasts roomy guest accommodation and a spacious owner's suite with a four-poster bed (which is more than ornamental and actually helps to support the deck) and ample crew quarters below decks. There are plenty of outdoor living areas along with a spacious flybridge with dining, lounging and entertaining space.

Twin 1,950hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 23 knots and maximum speed of 27 knots. Notably, her refit in 2013 included the installation of new engines.

On display at the upcoming Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, Tumblehome is asking $4,495,000.
