Price drop on Delta Marine motor yacht SOC

　　The 37.2 metre motor yacht SOC, listed for sale by Kurt Bosshardt at Denison Yacht Sales, has had a $250,000 price reduction.

　　Formally known as Silver Oak Cellars but usually shortened simply to SOC, she was built in GRP by US yard Delta Marine to an in-house design and delivered in 1997 with a refit in 2013 including new engines. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, a VIP suite on the main deck and two doubles, all with flatscreen television sets, entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.

　　The main saloon of this yacht for sale has ample storage in buffets port and starboard and within waist-high cabinetry, which separates the dining room seating eight guests from the lounge area with comfortable seating facing a entertainment centre including a 55 inch flatscreen Samsung television set and stereo surround sound system.

　　The aft deck, complete with a full wet bar, can serve as an al fresco dining space although glass sliding windows enable it to be completely enclosed and air conditioned or heated.

　　The skylounge on the third deck is full beam and has a fully equipped wet bar, ice maker and entertainment centre featuring a large screen Toshiba television set. Aft on this deck is an outdoor seating area, table and barbecue grill. Twin 2,000hp MTU diesel engines power her to a maximum speed of 22 knots and a range of 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.
