The 61.84 metre motor yacht Blue Dawn, listed for sale by Pierre Vezilier at Mysea in Monaco has had a $300,000 price reduction.

Launched in 1959 by German yard Sietas Schiffswerft, she was built from a steel hull and refitted in 2005 by First Heritage Marine. This major refurbishment included fitting a new air conditioning system and bringing her up to INSB commercial standards. Her vital statistics include a beam of 9.5 metres and a maximum draught of 3.35 metres.

Accommodation is for up to ten guests in five cabins, and her spacious interior is ideal for hosting events, with a total volume of 896GT. Key features include an al fresco dining area that can host more than 60 guests, and an enormous saloon and bar area, which is ideal for hosting parties of up to 50 people. Her expansive deck spaces could accommodate a bevvy of superyacht water toys, and she currently carries a 4.8 metre Zodiac RIB tender.

The interior décor is very much in keeping with her classic exterior lines, with high-gloss woodwork and warm soft furnishings. Meanwhile, the crew quarters on this yacht for sale allow for a staff of up to 11 people.

Power comes from a pair of 950hp Cummins KTA38M diesel engines that allow for a top speed of 16 knots. When trimmed back to her cruising speed of 12 knots, Blue Dawn boasts a globetrotting maximum range of 6,200 nautical miles drawing on a total fuel capacity of 50,000 litres.

Blue Dawn is now asking $4,900,000.
