The 30.26 metre sailing yacht Cape Arrow, listed for sale by Pegaso in Italy, has been sold in a direct deal.

Cape Arrow was built in composite by South African yard Southern Wind Shipyard to RINA class with naval architecture by Farr Yacht Design and styling and interiors by Nauta Design. She was launched in 2011 as Hull No 3 in the SWS 100 mini-series of sailing yachts. She was built to a very high specification, including a High Modulus carbon mast and carbon rigging, and offers excellent performance, comfort and elegance.

Cape Arrow is a raised saloon model and can accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins — a master suite, VIP double and two twin cabins, all with en-suite facilities. Ideal for bluewater cruising and enjoyable races, she is MCA coded with a very good reputation in the international charter market. She is in immaculate condition, and this high performer won the SWS Trophy at the 2012 Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta and went on to win the St Barth’s Bucket in 2015.

A refit early in 2016 saw her hull, rudder, mast, boom and fittings overhauled and a repaint of the hull, mast and boom. In addition, the interior furnishings were refreshed and she is now in excellent condition. Under power, a 305hp Cummins diesel engine gives her a range of 2,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.

Cape Arrow was asking €5,480,000 and her new owner plans to use her as a pleasure yacht.
