Further price cut on Cheoy Lee motor yacht First Home

　　The 28.14 metre motor yacht First Home, listed for sale by Chris Collins at Ocean Independence, has had a further $200,000 price reduction.

　　Built in GRP by Chinese yard Cheoy Lee to a design by Tom Fexas, First Home was delivered in 1988 and last refitted in 2013. With essentially two master suites, this yacht for sale comfortably accommodates eight guests in four cabins also including two twins. All cabins have been fitted with television screens, entertainment systems and en-suite bathroom facilities.

　　The saloon has beautiful maple and walnut floors and various seating options, offering guests myriad places to relax. There is a long settee along the port side, while a custom island seating area contains a 60-inch LCD HD TV, Apple TV and Blu-Ray DVD. To starboard sits a round contemporary acrylic table and chairs. Bar stools forward along the galley bulkhead are great for comfortable entertaining or chatting with the chef.

　　Sliding saloon doors lead to an aft deck on the same level as the saloon. This deck has a settee and two tables that can connect to make a long dining table comfortably seating up to ten guests. A full wet bar makes this a great area for al fresco entertaining and dining. In addition, this area is fully enclosed with isinglass and has a new air conditioning system for complete comfort.

　　Most major systems are new or rebuilt since the 2013 refit, creating a smooth entry into the charter market in 2014. After ten weeks of charter in her first year, she had several weeks in 2015 and 2016, and her reputation continues to grow in the Florida and Bahamas market, making her a sound business proposition for a new buyer. Twin 900hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 11 knots and a range of 1,100 nautical miles.

　　Lying in Fort Lauderdale and easy to view during the boat show, First Home is now asking $1,395,000.
