A new-build 55 metre Baglietto motor yacht has been sold with Cornelius Gerling at Edmiston & Company introducing the European buyer.
Designed by Francesco Paszkowski, this new steel and aluminium yacht is expected to be delivered during the 2019 season. Full details are confidential at present but it’s known that she will have accommodation for 12 guests in six luxurious cabins. Other features include a large beach club area and a sundeck of 160 square metres.
“This 55 metre project”, says Baglietto’s CEO Michele Gavino, “is the third work order Baglietto has acquired over the last eight months, a time during which we have also presented two new projects that will complete our renovated range: a restyling of the 43 metre Fast and a brand-new 70 metre yacht by Mulder Design. We are working with great commitment and equally great humbleness on our products, so as to to ensure increasingly high quality, as well as a continued focus on research and development. In this way, we are able to offer our clients a varied and versatile range. Once again, having the opportunity to build the yacht on speculation has allowed us to offer the owner faster delivery times”.
Cornelius Gerling at Edmiston comments: “We and the Baglietto team have worked very hard to ensure that the yacht will deliver exactly on the requirements of the client. It has been a long and meticulous process, but a very enjoyable one.”
Other projects currently under development at the La Spezia-based yard include the 43.65 metre Baglietto 10226, which is also due to launch in 2019.
