Sold in November 2016, the 24.38 metre motor yacht Anthem is back on the market, renamed Knot Hours and listed for sale by Raymond Young at RJC Yachts.
Built in GRP by Chinese yard Cheoy Lee to an in-house design, Knot Hours was delivered in 2008 as an 80’ Bravo flybridge model. Her interior, in neutral tones accented with stone and granite, accommodates six guests in three comfortable cabins consisting of a master suite and three doubles. All cabins on this yacht for sale are full beam and have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
The main deck offers two distinct living areas with a pilothouse including a galley with a dinette for casual snacks while the elegant main saloon comes with custom curved seating to port and starboard, a formal dining area for six guests forward, a wet bar and an entertainment centre including a 42-inch Samsung HD television screen and a stereo surround sound system.
The spacious open aft deck has a dining table, built-in upholstered bench seating and a wet bar, while twin stairways lead down to the transom platform with access to the engine room and crew quarters. Up on the flybridge are three helm seats, upholstered U-shaped seating, a granite-topped table, barbecue grill, bar with three stools, a fridge, ice maker and a hard top for protection against the elements.
Twin 2,800hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a comfortable cruising speed of 18 knots and she is fitted with Naiad fin stabilisers.
Lying in Stuart, Florida, Knot Hours is asking $1,850,000..
