$1M price drop on Codecasa motor yacht Double Down

　　The 65 metre motor yacht Double Down, jointly listed for sale by Northrop & Johnson, Thompson, Westwood and White and Merle Wood & Associates, has had a $1,000,000 price reduction.

　　Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Codecasa to Lloyds class and MCA compliant, she was delivered in 2010 with a full refit in 2016 bringing her up to immaculate condition. Her rich mahogany and marble interior by Della Role accommodates up to 18 guests in nine cabins.

　　Accommodation on this yacht for sale is configured as a full beam master suite on the main deck, five VIP suites below and three twins, all with entertainment systems and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for up to 20 crew.

　　In the saloon are neutral fabrics for all soft furnishings and high gloss burr veneer joinery creating a restful ambience accentuated by comfortable seating, a bar, Steinway grand piano and an entertainment centre including a large television screen. Further attractions include a four-deck glass elevator, a private cinema and a full gymnasium.

　　Entertaining and dining al fresco are well catered for on the aft areas of the main and bridge deck while the upper deck can cater for 18 guests on an indoor/outdoor dining space. Up on the sun deck are ample sun pads, a Jacuzzi tub and a bar, offering wonderful views while enjoying an evening cocktail or a gourmet meal.

　　Twin 2,448hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a maximum speed of 17 knots and a cruising range of 6,000 nautical miles at 12 knots while anti-roll comfort is provided by Quantum zero speed stabilisers.
