The 27.13 metre motor yacht Cita (ex-Romas 3) has been listed for sale by Yachtzoo.

Designed by Paolo Caliari, she was built in GRP by Italian yard Arno to Bureau Veritas class and delivered in 2002 as one of the yard’s popular Leopard models. She accommodates six guests in three cabins consisting of a full beam master suite and two doubles, all with en suite bathroom facilities.

Thanks to her extensive four-month refit earlier this year, guests aboard Cita can enjoy updated facilities and re-designed interiors for maximum comfort. The master suite features a new walk-in-wardrobe and has been extended to include a cinema and lounge, complete with a 70 inch, HD Samsung Apple TV. New TVs of the same specification have also been fitted in the other guest cabins.

The open plan main saloon offers comfortable seating on settees to port and starboard while forward to port is a dining area. To starboard is an entertainment centre including a Samsung TV and she boasts a retractable roof for fresh air and sunshine. Below is a smaller, more intimate, saloon with a blue settee and plenty of natural light.

The aft deck offers two raised sun pads which, intriguingly, can convert to seating for six guests to enjoy al fresco cocktails and entertainment. Stainless steel steps lead down to a full beam extended swim platform, allowing easy access to the water.

Walk around decks on this yacht for sale lead to a large sun pad on the foredeck. Included in her sale is a Williams tender, serviced this year, as well as a range of towables including water skis. Cita is in impeccable condition, having had her engines and Arneson surface drives fully serviced in 2016.

Twin MTU 6V2000 M91 diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 30 knots and a top speed of 35 knots.

Lying in the South of France, Cita is asking €1,190,000 with VAT included.
