Benetti motor yacht Latitude for sale

　　The 52 metre motor yacht Latitude has been listed for sale by Antoine Larricq at Fraser.

　　Designed by Stefano Natucci,Latitude was built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Benetti to Lloyd's class and MCA coded with delivery in 2008 and a major refit in 2013. An opulent Art Deco interior by Mauro Izzo features selected mahogany and cherry woods along with fine leather detailing accommodating 12 guests in six cabins. These comprise a main-deck master suite, VIP suite, three doubles and a twin, all with entertainment centres, flatscreen televisions and en-suite bathroom facilities. A further seven cabins sleep 13 crew aboard this yacht for sale.

　　Automatic sliding doors from the aft deck open to the main saloon where sofas and armchairs are ready to welcome guests in comfort. There is a bar area with loose furniture, while large windows on either side provide ample natural light. Sculptural wooden cabinets separate the lounge from the dining area and incorporate an entertainment centre including a 50-inch LED television screen mounted on a rise and fall mechanism and an audio/video server. The dining room has seating for up to 14 guests around two inlaid veneer tables and features a mirrored ceiling and a backlit glass wall.

　　Forward of the dining room, a sweeping staircase leads to the upper and lower decks, while a glass panelled elevator serves all five decks up to the sun deck. Furthermore, there is a separate service elevator for use by the crew. The decks offer several spaces for al fresco entertainment including a large aft deck with settees and tables, while the sun deck boasts an outdoor cinema, sun loungers, a Jacuzzi and an electric barbecue.

　　Twin 1,850hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.
