Tenix Defence explorer yacht Our Way for sale

　　Sold in February 2017, the 35.05 metre explorer motor yacht Codene is back on the market, renamed Our Way and listed for sale by Peter Redford and Eugenio Cannarsa at Fraser.

　　Built in steel and aluminium to Lloyd's class at Australia’s Tenix Defence yard, she was delivered in 2004 and had a full refit in 2013 including a full Awlgrip paint job. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a main-deck master suite, VIP suite, a double and two twins, all with entertainment systems including flatscreen televisions along with en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there is accommodation for up to six crew aboard this yacht for sale.

　　Our Way has an open, fresh interior with light wall coverings and casual bright upholstery, while large teak deck areas offer a variety of living, dining, entertainment or relaxation spaces and has internet access throughout. The expansive saloon includes comfortable seating in sofas and armchairs, an entertainment system with satellite television and a DVD player, and a bar plus a formal dining area for up to ten guests.

　　On the aft deck there is lounge seating, al fresco entertaining and dining for ten guests and a sun awning. The 80 square metre sun deck is equipped with a bar, sink, fridge, dishwasher and wine cellar along with a seating area and large sun pads.

　　She is equally suited to a relaxing cruise in exotic locations, or serious expedition work in demanding environments. Our Way comes fully equipped for dive expeditions, with a large aft boarding platform, dive locker, scuba equipment and a dive compressor. Twin Caterpillar D3412 E engines give her a range of 5,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.
