Akhir motor yacht Balista now for sale with Yacht & Villa

　　The 46.57 metre motor yacht Balista has changed central agencies and is now listed for sale by Glen Villis and Mark Seaton at Yacht & Villa International.

　　Designed by Carlo Galeazzi, Balista was built in GRP by Italian yard Cantieri di Pisa to ABS class and MCA compliant, and was delivered in 2013 as an Akhir 135 model. She went on to become a finalist at the prestigious 2014 World Superyacht Awards. Her expansive interior by Mark Berryman accommodates up to 12 guests in seven cabins consisting of a full beam master suite on the main deck, a full-beam VIP suite convertible to two doubles two doubles and two twins, each with a Pullman berth, all with state of the art audio/visual systems and en-suite bathroom facilities. A further seven cabins sleep 10 crew aboard this yacht for sale. A successful charter yacht over the past two years, Balista is licensed to carry 12 guests for charter.

　　Her main deck saloon offers comfortable seating on settees and armchairs upholstered in a tasteful blue fabric, and the lounge area also boasts a bar and an entertainment centre including a 60-inch Pioneer plasma television screen and a server giving on-demand audio and video to all guest areas. Forward is a dining area with seating for 12 guests.

　　The outdoor spaces have been designed to offer a variety of al fresco dining, relaxation and entertaining areas, including a sun deck, Jacuzzi, open air barbecue, bar and beach club.

　　Twin MTU 16V 4000 M93L engines give her a cruising speed between 15 and 20 knots, and she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.

　　On display at the forthcoming Cannes Yachting Festival, Balista is asking ￡12,500,000 and is VAT exempt.
