If you’re eagerly awaiting the Monaco Yacht Show to see Rossinavi’s first delivery of 2017, Endeavour II, you don’t necessarily have to wait. We’re giving you your first looks inside, here.
Launched in February, Endeavour II measures 164 feet (49.9 meters). Originally referred to as the Endurance 50 project, the megayacht is a long-range, global cruiser. In fact, her owner commissioned her purposely to travel the world’s oceans.
That explains, for example, the serene atmosphere found throughout the interiors. One of the rooms you’ll see in the video below is the master suite. Spanning the nearly 29-foot (8.8-meter) beam, it sits on what Rossinavi calls the weather deck. Large ports to each side brighten the already light ambiance. A deploying balcony makes enjoying the undoubtedly numerous anchorages on the owner’s must-visit list even more pleasurable.
A light color palette characterizes the guest areas aboard Endeavour II. The same tones carry from the saloon to the guest staterooms for eight people. Some distinctively contemporary furniture characterizes a number of spaces, too. The owner worked with Achille Salvagni for both the interior design as well as the alfresco furnishings. The same studio, it’s worth noting, is responsible for the original interior design for another Rossinavi delivery of a few years ago, Numptia.
The video also gives you a few looks at outdoor areas onboard. Endeavour II has multi-use areas on different decks. One, for example, is the foredeck. While the below-deck area serves as the tender garage, the on-deck space becomes a sunning spot.
Keep in mind during the cruising footage that Endeavour II breaks with tradition. Being a long-range megayacht, her hull could have been a full-displacement design, as well as steel. However, she’s an all-aluminum yacht featuring a fast-displacement hull. So, while that prioritizes distance and the good fuel economy that comes with it, it also prioritizes the good speeds of semi-displacement designs without compromising fuel burn. Endeavour II’s naval architecture comes from Arrabito Naval Architects. In addition, her propulsion package is a Caterpillar diesel-electric system employing Rolls Royce azipods.
