Baglietto has announced the launch of the first unit in its all-new 41 metre DOM 133 series at the Marina di Carrara in Italy.
The model is the first of five units currently sold and under construction at the Carrara shipyard. With deliveries scheduled until 2024, Baglietto has called the new line a "roaring success".
The DOM 133 is built in aluminium to a design by Stefano Vafiadis and features a shallow draft of 2.15 metres. Its design is defined by a flexible, split-level beach club with an infinity pool with a floor that can be raised or lowered to increase the use of space in the cockpit as needed.
Other highlights include a U-shaped seating area down on the swim platform, a second pool placed on the sundeck and an interior layout that is designed to enhance the flow between the interior and exterior with the help of floor-to-ceiling windows.
Hull number one will now be moved to La Spezia where she will complete outfitting ahead of delivery later this summer and international debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2022.
The DOM 133 is equipped with a pair of Caterpillar C32 engines delivering a top speed of 17 knots.
Speaking on the new launch, Baglietto chief commercial officer Fabio Ermetto said: "The DOM 133 is, indeed, a project we strongly believed in from the very beginning, and its market success so far proves its value. Looking at this vessel now, in her natural element, makes us all immensely proud."
