The Spainished-based designer Jay Aberdoni has shared the renders of his concept Prelude. As it says on Instagram, it is ‘an 80m explorer yacht designed for the onboard living. A rare mix between the proportions of a research vessel with elegant, clean, minimalist lines’.
The vessel spreads across three decks and features a helipad, which can be used as a lounge area, a glass-bottomed swimming pool, an aft beach club with a lounge area, an indoor garden, a fire pit, and a bar. She also has a large garage for tenders and water toys and the hot tub at the bow.
The interior is made in the Scandinavian style, and is filled with natural light, elegant furniture and sculptural lamps in light colors. Prelude can offer accommodation for 12 guests across six generous cabins.
A crew of 18 can also be accommodated on board. The owner suite is located on the upper deck and has its own private lounge.
Other details will come later.
