The 40 metre Westport motor yacht Pipe Dream, listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson, has had a price reduction of $1,000,000.
Pipe Dream was delivered by Westport in 2013 as a Westport 130 model. She was built in GRP to a design by Greg Marshall and was the recipient of a couple of refits in 2020 and 2021.
Pipe Dream is now asking $19,495,000.
This yacht for sale is described by her broker as "welcoming and spacious" with accommodation for ten guests and a crew of six. Guest accommodation is split across five staterooms, comprising a main-deck king master suite and four lower-deck cabins, two doubles and two twins.
Ample deck spaces provide the platform for enjoying on-water entertainment, al fresco dining and relaxation, with the aft deck bar proving to be a popular spot on board. A dining table for ten is also located here and the deck provides direct access to the swimming platform.
Pipe Dream's boat deck also has a bar, as well as a grill and tender storage. It leads up to the sundeck with its sunloungers, ten-seater high-gloss dining table and large Jacuzzi surrounded by sunpads. The foredeck also has seating around a table where guests can enjoy views forward while underway.
Twin MTU engines deliver a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 24 knots. The 333GT vessel has a 3,000 nautical mile range.
