The 44.2 metre sailing catamaran Hemisphere has arrived back at her home shipyard for winter maintenance work. The world's largest luxury sailing catamaran was launched by Pendennis in 2011 and has since travelled to 57 countries and completed two global circumnavigations.
She was pictured moving into a construction shed after her masts had been removed.

As well as general maintenance and upgrades, the catamaran will undergo a complete painting programme and large-scale engineering works, including the replacement of her generators and servicing of the drive trains. She is expected to sail out of the yard in spring 2023, ready for a summer charter season with Burgess.
Hemisphere arrived at the yard earlier in November, joining a number of other projects in the works at the yard. These include the construction of 34.8 metre metre Project Fox and the refit of 70 metre Seawolf.
According to BOAT Pro, Hemisphere has travelled a significant distance in the past 11 months, sailing from South East Asia to the Seychelles, then north through the Suez Canal with a stop off in Sicily.
