The 26.8-metre Princess motor yacht Cape Cod has been listed for sale with Ed Cavendish and Ed Dickinson of Northrop & Johnson.

She was delivered as a Princess 88 in 2018 and is described by the brokers as "one of the finest Princess 88s currently available on the market". This pocket superyacht has only been lightly used and is offered for sale with a number of interior upgrades installed in 2020.

Her interior features high-end fabrics and pieces by Hermes with satin-finished walnut throughout. The main saloon offers plentiful seating with three sofas and two chairs facing a pop-up TV that appears from the cabinetry. Forward is a sideboard unit with bottle and glass storage, a fridge and drinks cabinet, and a formal dining area seating up to eight guests.

Cape Cod comfortably accommodates eight guests in four cabins, including a full-beam master cabin, a forward VIP and a double and twin cabin. All have en suite facilities with white wenge marble worktops and underfloor heating as well as the latest AV and entertainment systems. 

On deck, Cape Cod’s flybridge offers lounging, sunbathing, dining and entertainment space, with sunpads and a recently added sun awning. A wet bar with a barbecue, ice maker and cool box means guests can remain refreshed and serve themselves in privacy should they wish. The helm station with a powered raise-and-lower console completes the space.

Crew welcome guests aboard onto the aft deck where there is a cocktail bar, U-shaped seating and a teak folding table. Twin transom gates lead to a bathing platform with an electro-hydraulic raise-and-lower mechanism to provide easy access to and from the water.

Twin MTU 2000 M96L engines give this 107GT yacht for sale a top speed of 26 knots. She cruises at 10 knots for maximum efficiency and a near 2,000-nautical-mile range. Up to four crew are accommodated in a double captain’s cabin and an additional bunk cabin.
