Suntex Marina Investors continues its expansion in the US with the acquisition of Roosevelt Lake Marina in Roosevelt, Arizona.
The 70-acre site on Roosevelt Lake consists of 258 wet slips, with access to water and electricity, and 146 covered and uncovered dry storage spaces, accommodating vessels ranging from 30ft to 55ft. The marina also features a store, restaurant and bar, ski and pontoon boat rental services, and a fuel dock.

The newly acquired marina is located within 1.5 hours of the Phoenix Metro Area and 2.5 hours from Tucson. Canyon Lake Marina, part of the Westrec portfolio recently purchased by Suntex, is located approximately two hours southwest of Roosevelt Lake.
Suntex Marinas’ expanded portfolio includes marinas located in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee and Virginia.
