The 45-metre motor yacht Lotus has been listed for sale with Kevin Bonnie of IYC.
Lotus was built in steel in Turkey by Miss Tor Yacht in 2006 and is offered for sale following a 2022 refit and 15-year class survey. A voluminous interior is the work of Mark Zeff Design of New York while her exterior profile, with curvy sundeck arch, is unmistakable.
Lotus' five staterooms accommodate 12 guests and there are quarters for a crew of 10. She boasts large and bright exterior deck areas that complement the interior which is finished with dark wood panelling and panked soles, lightened up by pale carpets, bulkheads and soft furnishings. The broker said that a play on angles and lines have been combined with windows for "dramatic effect".
Lotus has a Jacuzzi forward on the sundeck, within reach of the forward-facing bar, and there is a gym below with sea views aft that is popular for workouts while underway. She has proven herself in the charter market.
The yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 10 knots and maximum speed of 12 knots under twin 801hp MAN engines. Range is 3,390 nautical miles and she benefits from zero-speed stabilisers.
