Italian shipbuilder Canados has revealed its latest superyacht, the Oceanic 143, at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2023. This 43.5-meter explorer, designed in collaboration with Arrabito Naval Design and chief naval architect Giovanni Senatore, features a cutting-edge twin-stepped hull and bulbous bow.
Designed by Rome-based Michela Reverberi, the interior prioritizes comfort for extended stays. The Tri-Deck layout includes an expansive owner's suite on the upper deck, along with two VIP cabins and two guest cabins on the lower deck. The owner's deck boasts private terraces, a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom.
Outdoor spaces are meticulously crafted, featuring shaded social areas, a Mosaic and Glass hot tub, and a lounge with a fire pit.
The sundeck offers a forward-facing sun pad and a bar, while the transom hosts an air-conditioned gym doubling as a beach club.
The yacht's stability is enhanced by the Kevlar/Aramat superstructure and three Caterpillar engines generating 2400 hp each. Following successful sea trials, the Oceanic 143 showcased an impressive range of over 4,410 nautical miles at 8.4 knots and a top speed of 26 knots.
Located in Ostia, just 7 km from Rome Airport, the iconic Rome based Canados shipyard was founded in 1946 and has successfully delivered over 850 yachts in sizes up to 43 meters. Canados produces 3 product lines, Canados, Gladiator and Oceanic. Canados 80,000 sq. m waterfront facility is located at the mouth of the River, 500 meter from the sea.
