In a seamless in-house transaction, the 24.89-meter Nautor Swan sailing yacht, Grey Goose, has found a new owner, facilitated by Lorenzo Bortolotti of Nautor Swan Brokerage, who adeptly represented both the buyer and the seller.
This elegant yacht, delivered in 2006, showcases the collaborative design by German Frers for the exterior and naval architecture, complemented by the interior stylings of Nautor Swan. Boasting sophisticated living spaces, Grey Goose accommodates up to six guests in three staterooms and offers quarters for three crew members, inclusive of the captain.
Grey Goose's structure comprises a GRP hull and superstructure, and her power is derived from a single Cummins engine, propelling her to a top speed of 10 knots. The yacht's attractive features and optimal condition led to a final sale price of EUR2,250,000.
Nautor Swan was founded in 1966 in Pietarsaari, Finland. The builder entered the superyacht market in 1999. Since then, the yard has continued building high-performance sailing yachts in three different lines; ClubSwan, Swan Yachts and Maxi Swan Yachts.
