74m Lady E Left the Market

The Amels superyacht, Lady E, measuring 74.5 meters, has been successfully sold in an internal transaction. The deal was facilitated by Stuart Larsen and Josh Gulbranson from Fraser, who not only introduced the buyer but also represented the seller. Mark Woodmansey of Burgess joined them as Joint Central Agent.

Originally delivered in 2006 from the Netherlands, Lady E underwent an extensive rebuild in 2020 at Pendennis, extending her length by an additional six meters. Classified by Lloyds, the yacht showcases the collaborative design expertise of Walter Franchini Architetto for both its interiors and exteriors, with naval architecture by Amels.

Lady E features a capacious open-plan main saloon seamlessly connected to the dining area, offering formal dining for up to 12 guests surrounded by abundant natural light from expansive windows. Accommodating up to 12 guests in a six-stateroom layout, the full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck includes a private office, walk-in wardrobes, and his-and-her ensuite bathrooms.

A highlight of the rebuild is the addition of 120 square meters of guest space on the lower and main decks, complemented by a 66 square-meter beach club with natural light and direct water access. The yacht also expanded its main deck aft by 55 square meters, providing more space for guest enjoyment.

She also features a wellness center with a gym, dedicated massage room, and a separate Hammam sauna. The yacht can stow a Super Air Nautique G23 and a 9.2-meter tender behind its lower deck shell doors, forward of the beach club.

Powered by twin 2,374 horsepower Caterpillar diesel engines, Lady E achieves a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots.

At the time of its sale, Lady E had a last known asking price of EUR71,500,000.
