The 24.6-metre power catamaran Royal Rita has joined the market with the brokerage team at Yachtzoo.
Built in GRP in 2016 by Sunreef Yachts and updated in 2022, the catamaran was designed entirely in-house.
Accommodation is for 10 guests in five staterooms. There are dedicated quarters for a crew of two.
The catamaran's interior is spacious, with the broker pointing out ceiling heights of 3.35 metres in the main saloon and an interior that "exudes elevated sophistication, featuring pristine white finish, complemented by fine furnishings and accents that seamlessly blend with the vibrant hues of the surrounding ocean".
Royal Rita's master suite is positioned on deck, offering 180-degree views forward. This cabin has a generously-sized walk-in rain shower in its en suite bathroom. There are three queen-sized guest cabins, each with an en suite bathroom, one with an additional Pullman berth. The fifth cabin is a twin and can be converted to a crew cabin, allowing for a crew complement of four if required.
The open-plan layout of the saloon gives the space of a much larger monohull's saloon. One highlight is the galley, also sporting a grill and pizza oven that can be set up on the aft deck.
The aft deck offers a day bed, dining table and comfortable seating. It leads to the submersible swim platform, where watertoys are embarked when in beach club mode. Sunloungers are also found on the foredeck, easily reached via walk-around decks, with spectacular visibility ahead. The enclosed wheelhouse provides a "secluded sanctuary" with commanding views and additional seating for guests.
Royal Rita's inventory of watertoys is extensive and includes a 4.9-metre Highfield tender, four-person tubing raft, knee board, three paddle boards, a Bote paddle kayak, a Bote blow-up deck, two aqua-scooters and snorkelling equipment. She also sports a Peloton bike, TRX all-in-one suspension training equipment, chin-up-bar, push-up rotating handles and yoga mats.
Powered by twin 900hp Volvo diesels, the yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 17 knots and maximum speed of 21 knots. Her shallow draft makes her ideal for cruising in the Bahamas.
Lying in the Bahamas, Royal Rita is asking $2,895,000, with US duty paid.
