The 39.01-metre Palmer Johnson motor yacht Aphrodite sold in an in-house deal at Northrop & Johnson with brokers Kevin Merrigan, Todd Rittenhouse and Wes Sanford representing both the buyer and the seller.
Delivered in 2000, the custom tri-deck yacht Aphrodite combines old Florida charm with refined elegance. She features exterior design by Tom Fexas Yacht Design and Vripack, while her naval architecture was penned by C.Raymond Hunt Associates.
Aphrodite benefitted from a refit in 2021 and boasts an interior design by fashion powerhouse Ralph Lauren. The tri-deck layout provides a spacious and comfortable layout, with a full-beam main saloon adorned with gorgeous wood panelling.
Aphrodite is able to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, across four luxurious staterooms, consisting of a master suite, VIP stateroom, a double stateroom and two twins, each with a Pullman berth.
The Palmer Johnson yacht boasts plenty of exterior spaces for relaxation. Key amenities include a Jacuzzi, sunpads, chaise lounges, and a built-in barbecue. The aft deck of Aphrodite has been designed for alfresco dining and hosts a large varnished table, with seating for up to 10 people.
In terms of performance, Aphrodite is powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines, providing her with a cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 18 knots. At the time of her sale, Aphrodite had a last known asking price of $3,200,000.
