Sialia Yachts has unveiled the Sialia 80 Explorer, marking a significant leap in eco-friendly yachting. Developed in partnership with Vripack, this 26.6-meter explorer sets new standards with its innovative Ampros propulsion system tailored for electric yachts.
Crafted from high-grade marine-type aluminum, the Sialia 80 Explorer is designed for territorial waters and Environmentally Controlled Areas (ECA), aligning with the industry's push towards sustainable practices.
Accommodating guests across four cabins and two crew berths, the master cabin stands out for its strategic positioning, offering direct access to the water and beach club. The multi-level open main deck boasts diamond-pattern exterior glazing and oversized, mullion-less windows, creating a bright and airy living space.
Powered by twin 400kWh electric motors, the Sialia 80 Explorer achieves a maximum speed of over 11 knots and boasts an impressive range of 3,000 nautical miles, facilitated by an 800kWh battery capacity and two variable RPM range extenders.
Established in 2017 by a team of visionaries, Sialia is a world-leading designer and builder of custom-built electric yachts powered by Ampros technology.
Vripack is a yacht-design studio with a portfolio that represents over 7400 designs, made strong through its extensive naval architecture and engineering experience. From the moment they opened their doors in 1961, Vripack studio’s approach to design has been governed by the playful interaction between form and function.
