The 29.1-metre S.E. Ward & Co sailing yacht Alcanara sold, with Will Bishop of Superyacht Partners introducing the buyer and Jamie Small of Burgess representing the seller.
Delivered in 2009 by her Australia-based shipyard, the vessel features an exterior design and naval architecture both conceived by Dubois Naval Architects, while her interiors were drawn up by Rhoades Young Design.
At a volume of 104 GT, a draft of 3.85-metres, and a beam of 7.3-metres, Alcanara is capable of hosting up to six guests onboard thanks to her luxurious three stateroom layout.
Meanwhile, separate accommodation is provided for as many as four crew members, including her captain.
In terms of her performance, Alcanara, which has an aluminium hull and superstructure, is powered by a single Scania engine that propels her to a cruising speed of 10.5 knots and a top speed of 12 knots.
At the time of her sale, Alcanara’s last known asking price was €3,950,000.
