Mishi Yachts, the new sailing brand of Yonca Shipyard, has announced a 31-metre model known as the Mishi 102.
The shipyard announced they would be entering the supersail market in April 2024 and credited the expansion of the line to the success of the Mishi 88 at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2019.
"People cannot believe how much space there is on board, and the headroom below is exceptional," said shipyard chairman and founder Şakir Yılmaztürk, for whom the first model was built. "Although it was never my plan, this emboldened me to consider producing more sailing yachts to the same high spec. In this way, Mishi Yachts was born and we started work on a bigger [model]."
The Mishi 102 has been designed with family cruising in mind and is the product of a collaboraton with Taka Yacht Design.
Yonca Shipyard specialise in the defence and law enforcement sector – including fast patrol boats – and the Mishi 102 will be similarly moulded in foam sandwich carbon composite. She will also meet full RINA classification and contain "the latest tech", "state-of-the-art" engineering and accommodation for eight guests and four crew.
Leisure highlights include a cockpit that is well-protected by a carbon-fibre Bimini, a main saloon with convertible tables for flexible dining and lounging options and an en suite owner's cabin, positioned in the bow for greater privacy. A large tender garage will also be found at the stern.
Full details will be revealed at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024.
