The 34.1-metre Sunseeker yacht Corazon is to be sold at auction on 15 August, the date having been postponed by a month. The GRP yacht has been listed by Josh Gulbranson and Trevor Caroll of Fraser, and the auction will be held by Fraser in partnership with National Liquidators.

The minimum bid for the yacht is reduced to $3,400,000 and there is a three per cent buyer premium on top of the final bid price. Inspections can be conducted by appointment only in the run-up to the auction.

The 2012 model is one of just 64 Sunseeker yachts for sale, according to BOATPro, and represents a rare opportunity to acquire a well-maintained yacht from an esteemed British builder at a reasonable price. She was most recently refitted in 2020 and her main engine MTU QL3 4000-hour service was completed in September of the same year.

Corazon has a five-cabin layout with an impressive configuration that allows for a party of 12, including a main deck owner's cabin. Her interior styling is by Mauricio Gomez De Tuddo and follows a neutral theme, giving her new owner a clean canvas to work from.

The 225GT yacht has a wonderful selection of al fresco areas, including a sundeck with a six-person Jacuzzi, sunpads, gym equipment and shaded dining. The hard top can be opened or enclosed for maximum flexibility and those who really want to soak up the sun can find an alternative seating spot at the bow of the boat.

Elsewhere, Corazon's swim platform offers easy access to the water and a large toy and tender garage creates plenty of opportunities to make the most out of life at sea.

The yacht's cruising speed is 16 knots and maximum speed is 23 knots, under twin 2,640hp MTU engines. She has a range of 2,450 nautical miles.
