The 67.5-metre Icon Yachts superyacht Loon has joined the market with Jim McConville of Merle Wood & Associates.

Designed by British studio RWD, with interior by Studio Linse, the steel and aluminium motor yacht, delivered by Icon Yachts in 2010 and refitted in 2020, has built up an enviable charter reputation, the broker reporting over $13 million in gross revenues in 18 months.

Accommodation is bright and airy with a seven-cabin layout for up to 13 guests. A duplex owner's suite with a 180-degree viewing lounge and private terrace has proved to be very popular. The VIP is located on the upper deck with the remaining guest cabins on the lower deck.

Features abound, a highlight being the raised main deck pool with panels of glass allowing light to filter through and illuminate the beach club below, where a bar, gym and massage room are located. The boat was extended by five meters in 2014 by Icon Yachts, enlarging the beach club considerably.

One unusual people-flow design highlight is that the beach club is directly accessible from the lower deck guests' cabins, avoiding dripping through the saloon and negotiating staircases in wet swimwear. Guests can walk out of their cabins straight towards the sea, via the beach club aft.

The 1,295GT yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU diesels, totalling 4,960hp, giving her a top speed of 16 knots, cruising speed of 12.5 knots and range of 6,000 nautical miles. Tenders are stowed in a garage forward keeping the decks clear.

Lying in the Western Mediterranean, Loon is asking $47,500,000. VAT is paid.
