The 40.8-metre Benetti motor yacht Seagreen, listed for sale with Antoine Larricq of Fraser and Andrew Bond of Edmiston, is now openly on the market after a price drop of €1,400,000.
Delivered by the Italian yard in 2020, the GRP vessel was designed by RWD and Pierluigi Ausonio Naval Architects, with an interior by Bonetti Kozerski architecture.
The first of the Oasis 40M series, Seagreen accommodates a party of 10 guests in a master suite, two VIP cabins and one double and one twin cabin. A gym is positioned next to the master suite. There are quarters for a crew of seven.
The spacious main saloon, with its open-plan dining space forward, is accessed via curved sliding doors on the aft deck. A glass-backed infinity pool is the focal point out on the terraced aft deck, extended by fold-out bulwarks and offering a close connection with the sea.
The upper saloon offers a relaxed dining space as well as seating, and al fresco dining may be enjoyed up on the sun deck where there is a BBQ grill, Jacuzzi and sunpads. The wheelhouse is unusual, having full-height glass windows offering terrific visibility.
The 386GT RINA-classed yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 13 knots under twin MAN diesel engines, topping out at 18 knots. Zero-speed stabilisers make for comfortable rides and peace at anchor. Seagreen comes with a Castoldi 21 tender in her inventory, stowed on the lower deck aft.
Seagreen is asking €21,500,000 and lying in Genoa, Italy.
