Construction on the 32-meter explorer yacht Hanaa is making progress at Antonini Navi's shipyard in La Spezia, Italy. The vessel, commissioned by an experienced owner, is set for delivery in 2025. The structural steelwork, including the assembly of the bow, is currently underway, marking a key milestone in the project.
The yacht's exterior design, naval architecture, and layout are being developed by Hydro Tec, while Milan-based design studio Hot Lab is responsible for the interior styling. The owner has requested a modern design that emphasizes the key attributes of an explorer yacht—comfort, long range, and seaworthiness. Enrico Lumini of Hot Lab noted that the interiors will feature "fresh, contemporary, and organic" elements, with a focus on bright and spacious living areas.
The keel for Hanaa was laid during a private ceremony in January 2024, signaling the start of the construction phase. Aldo Manna, Antonini Navi's sales director, expressed confidence in the project, emphasizing the technical competence and credibility of the team. He highlighted the company’s ambition to establish itself as a strong contender in the custom yacht building industry.
This development comes on the heels of another project by Antonini Navi, the Seamore 34, a 33.5-meter yacht commissioned by an experienced Italian sailor and charterer, further solidifying the shipyard's presence in the market.
