The recently launched 142-meter yacht, Alibaba, constructed by Lürssen, has successfully finished its sea trials. Renowned designer German Frers crafted the yacht's striking exterior, giving it a robust yet timeless look. The elegant interiors, spanning 2,000 square meters across five decks, alongside 1,000 square meters of outdoor social space, were skillfully designed by Nauta.

Mario Pedol, President of Nauta Design, expressed his enthusiasm for the four-year design journey, stating, “It has been a super exciting four years of creative work, defining every minor detail of what I would define as an outstanding combination of atmosphere and unique lifestyle experience.”

In a commitment to sustainability, Alibaba features a highly efficient Diesel-Electric Hybrid Propulsion Concept. It is also equipped with an electric Azimuth Pod Drive, providing the owner with a wide range of propulsion options to meet various needs.

“The uniqueness that Alibaba represents,” Pedol adds, “is the result of an extraordinary collaboration between all parties involved – from Lürssen to Frers and Nauta—a teamwork that has fused elegance, style, and technological innovation to the highest standard.”
