47m Sunseeker yacht Alessandra III listed for sale

The 47.2-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Alessandra III has been listed for sale with Christian Bakewell of Burgess.

Delivered in 2016 by British shipyard Sunseeker, Alessandra III was designed entirely in-house and was refitted in 2022. The four-deck yacht has been a popular choice in the charter market and the broker noted how "she is the only hull of the desirable Sunseeker 155 series currently available for sale".

Accommodating up to 12 guests across six cabins, the yacht boasts a full-beam master cabin located forward, complete with his and hers en suites, an oval bath, and a rainfall shower. Meanwhile, two VIP suites accompany the master on this deck, while the lower deck offers three twin cabins that can convert into doubles.

Also on the main deck is a spacious lounge which benefits from the natural light the floor-to-ceiling windows and drop-down balconies.

Her exterior decks also offer further space for entertaining and lounging, with an upper deck encompassing an al fresco dining area and bench seating. Up top, the sky deck features a Jacuzzi area forward, a full bar amidships and a television and outdoor barbecue.

At water level, the full beach club includes an indoor gym.

Powered by a pair of MTU engines, the 495GT yacht for sale hits a top speed of 24 knots with a cruising speed of 15 knots. At 15 knots, her range is 4,000 nautical miles.

Currently located in West Palm Beach, Florida, Alessandra III is asking $24,900,000.
