The 52.4-metre Baglietto superyacht Mischief has completed an extensive refit at The Yard Brisbane in Hemmant, Australia. The refit totalled $15,000,000 and was overseen by management company Ahoy Club.
Australia's largest commercial superyacht, Mischief was delivered in 2006 with an exterior and interior by Francesco Paszkowski Design. Key numbers include a volume of 669GT and a maximum speed of 17 knots.
Works included an exterior refresh, including a full repaint – which removed Mischief's characteristic red bootstripe – new teak for the swim platform and new exterior windows and underwater LED lights.
Mischief is able to accommodate up to 12 guests, with the cabins and crew quarters undergoing a "full makeover" as a result of the refit. The yacht now has new ceilings, wall panels, flooring and soft furnishings custom-designed by iBl. Imagery reveals the use of light woods and a soft colour palette of blue and white, with the occasional gold detailing.
Another focus of the refit was the sundeck, which now offers an enlarged Jacuzzi, extended sunpads, a retractable roof and space for a dance floor. The bar areas on the main and bridge deck also received "stylish redesigns" and upgraded equipment.
On the technical side, the yacht's insulation and HVAC System are now upgraded, AVIT and entertainment systems have been installed (including Starlink and Apple televisions), alongside an "advanced duct system" to maintain a stable indoor climate in all areas.
Mischief can also function as a venue for large gatherings, with day capacity for 100 guests.
