The model is the fruit of a collaboration between Sanlorenzo and Zuccon International Project for her exterior design, while architect Piero Lissoni created her interiors.

“SP92 reaffirms our commitment to strengthening our research in the segment of high - performance, sporty boats, which has been highly rewarding for us, as evidenced by the prestigious Compasso d'Oro 2024 award that SP110 received from ADI, the Association for Industrial Design,” commented Tilli Antonelli, Head of Development and Product of Sanlorenzo’s SP line.

Defined by minimalistic and clean lines, the SP92 displays a condensed size compared to the SP110, but also maintains the same sense of balance and athleticism. The newest edition similarly provides a total of 4,000 horsepower with waterjet propulsion, while offering owners the possibility of a customisable layout.

“Consistent with the concept underlying the Smart Performance line, SP92 combines the characteristics of a performant yacht with unprecedented livability of both interior and exterior spaces. This model also highlights Sanlorenzo's ongoing commitment to sustainability, one of the key growth drivers we have identified to solidify our leadership in the industry,” Antonelli continued.

One of the SP92 yacht’s most standout elements is her aft section, comprising a beach area of nearly 45-square-metres. This area’s retractable door hides the garage, which has the capacity to house a tender at a maximum length of 3.95-metres.

The SP92 yacht’s deck is nearer to the water for a synthesis between guests and the outdoors, whereas her superstructure has been configured for the installation of solar panels. Moreover, the yacht’s antennas have been placed in a concealed location in order to support the panels' efficiency.

“SP92 represents a crucial strategic step in bringing the vision of the Smart Performance range to life. The boat confirms all the aspects that have already been highlighted aesthetically in the SP110 - minimalism and clean lines aiming for a formal synthesis,” explained Bernardo Zuccon of Zuccon International Project.

The superstructure’s expansive perimeter windows are developed with a special laminated glass composition that shields those on the inside from UV rays. In addition, the large aft window provides access to the yacht’s interior living spaces, which span across four decks.

The motor yacht’s first level is home to a lounge that can be furnished in several different ways, while the deck above contains the central living space flanked by large windows, one of which is sliding for outdoor access.

“For the photovoltaic system on the superstructure, a new ultra-high-efficiency monocrystalline cell was used, providing an average of about 3 Kilowatt peak per hour, which is stored in the service battery pack, ensuring all hotellerie functions are maintained while anchored. All this allows the SP92 to consume about 12-13 percent less at cruising speed than the same boat built with conventional production processes and traditional materials. The overall result is a ‘Smart Performance’ yacht that, as much as possible, guarantees environmental protection,” Sanlorenzo concluded.
