First Monaco Yacht Show Blue Wake sustainability champions announced

The Monaco Yacht Show’s new sustainability initiative Blue Wake has reached a major milestone with the unveiling of its first officially validated exhibitors.

Seventeen companies have been confirmed as part of the programme’s inaugural cohort, each representing a cross-section of the most forward-thinking actors in the industry and spanning areas such as emissions reduction, eco-design, material circularity and marine ecosystem protection.

Unveiled earlier this year, Blue Wake was created to spotlight proven innovations that can accelerate the superyacht industry’s journey toward sustainability. Approved exhibitors will benefit from prominent visibility across the Monaco Yacht Show, allowing visitors – including yacht owners, builders, investors and industry leaders – to engage directly with the latest innovations shaping sustainable yachting.

The selection process has been overseen by the Water Revolution Foundation, Blue Wake’s official partner, with each exhibitor undergoing a thorough assessment to ensure that environmental claims are evidence-based and relevant to the specific context of yachting.

"Blue Wake is designed to give visibility to those leading the charge – not just talking about sustainability, but proving it," said Gaëlle Tallarida, managing director of the Monaco Yacht Show. "Owners and project developers need clarity and confidence in the choices they make. Blue Wake offers that by highlighting solutions that are not only visionary, but already implemented and impactful."

"There are real innovations happening across the entire yachting supply chain," added Robert van Tol, executive director of the Water Revolution Foundation. "Blue Wake gives those solutions a platform – and ensures that recognition is backed by robust, transparent evaluation. It’s essential for the sector to adopt what’s already available while continuing to push for more."
