The first unit from the Lazzara UHV 100 series has received a €1,005,000 price drop to her sales listing with Josh Gulbranson of Fraser and Richard Higgins of Northrop & Johnson. Currently under construction, the 30.5-metre motor yacht is "set for 2026 delivery".

Designed entirely in-house by Turkish shipyard Lazzara, the Lazzara UHV 100 is said to offer "the largest gross tonnage of any yacht in her class" at 222GT. The first in-build unit is a fully epoxy-constructed yacht, built with "e-glass, a closed-cell aviation core, and no gelcoat or wood" designed for comfort, entertaining and fuel-efficient cruising.

Accommodation on board is for up to 10 guests in a five-cabin layout, comprising a main-deck owner’s suite with a private seating area and en suite, plus four lower-deck guest cabins in a mix of en suite queen and twins. Meanwhile, there are further quarters for a crew of five.

The interior spaces are warm and welcoming, with multiple floor-to-ceiling windows creating a "home away from home on the water", according to her broker. The "ultra-high volume", with 2,800 square feet of space, features a main deck lounge and formal dining area for 10, and a full-beam skylounge above, complete with a bar and lounge seating.

Outside, the deck spaces are a highlight, designed for versatile outdoor living. An expansive beach club with a submersible swim platform lies at the stern, while the foredeck is equipped with a large lounge space and Jacuzzi. Both the main and upper aft decks provide generous alfresco dining and relaxation spaces.
