First Tureddi superyacht sold and in-build

Tureddi Group has announced the sale of the first superyacht under its recently launched Tureddi Yachts brand: the 36-metre Azzurra - now in-build with delivery scheduled for 2027. The sale was overseen by Worth Avenue Yachts, who will remain involved as the project manager throughout construction.

Italian designer Giamboi Design has penned the exterior design of the new build, which will be constructed in steel and aluminium, while Dutch studio Van Oossanen Naval Architects is responsible for the naval architecture. The yacht's interior designer is yet to be revealed, with the Italian yard sharing that "a renowned international design house" will create the design. 

Other details also remain confidential, but the 36-metre is said to offer a "flawless general arrangement" in addition to "elegant design and dynamic functionality", all thanks to a "wide beam, generous volume and high-level specification". The broker also noted that the project will be fitted with the latest technologies on board.

"We look forward to supporting the client throughout the build and delivering another exceptional yacht within the Worth Avenue Yachts New Build Fleet."

The sale marks a significant milestone for the Italian shipbuilder, which has over 40 years of expertise in the industry as a supplier to the "world's most prestigious shipyards", as the first step in its evolution into an independent yacht builder under its own name.

The yard recently unveiled two new models to its portfolio, with both new designs exclusively for sale.
