The 44-metre Heesen motor yacht Sharkfinn has been listed for sale with Chris Collins and Thom Conboy of Ocean Independence.
Sharkfinn first hit the water in 2011, unveiling her aluminium semi-displacement construction built by the Dutch yard to a complete design by long-time Heesen collaborator, Omega Architects. Her name (changed in May this year, according to BOATPro) is apt for her shark-like appearance, with her pointed bow, curved bridge deck window and mast that resembles a fin.
Expertly maintained since her launch, Sharkfinn underwent a substantial refit from 2021 to 2022 to transform her interior with "warm autumn tones and rich textures", in addition to more than $2,000,000 spent on upgrades. She also completed her ABS survey in 2023.

Still fresh from her refit, Sharkfinn's interior is a blend of contemporary and Art Deco, with pops of colour and pattern blended with leather furniture and rich, warm woods. Each space on board is notably bright thanks to multiple large picture frame windows that adorn both sides of her profile.
The main saloon offers a spacious layout with a generous semi-circular lounge area to aft and a formal dining table for 10 guests forward. Upstairs, the skylounge presents a welcome retreat, complete with a large U-shaped sofa, a games table and wide opening doors leading to a handy al fresco dining space outside.

In terms of accommodation, Sharkfinn can sleep 10 guests in a five-cabin layout, all with en suite facilities. A full-beam owner's suite is situated forward on the main deck and comprises a cabin, study, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with his-and-hers partitions. The remaining guest cabins are located below deck, comprising two VIP cabins and two twin cabins.
An optional sixth cabin is located in the skylounge, where a hidden queen-sized Murphy bed increases her accommodation to 12 guests if required.

Outside, the sundeck sports a Jacuzzi aft, a wet bar and al fresco dining amidships and large sunpads forward. The deck also benefits from a dumb waiter, allowing drinks and meals to be delivered to guests without any disturbance from crew. Closer to the water, the tender garage doubles as a beach club for hassle-free waterside enjoyment.

The 458GT yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU engines, offering a 12-knot cruising speed and a range of 3,200 nautical miles. Key specs include a nine-metre beam and a 2.5-metre draft.
Sharkfinn is asking $14,900,000. She is currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
