48m Christensen motor yacht Amore listed for sale

　　The 47.9-metre motor yacht Amore has joined the brokerage market with Michael Selter of IYC.

　　Amore was delivered by US yard Christensen in 2005, commissioned by a "knowledgeable yachtsman with close ties to the shipyard". She was constructed in GRP to an in-house design and outfitted with interiors by Carol Williamson & Associates, which favour walnut walls and cabinetry and are host to the "world’s finest" marble inlay and stonework.

Amore is asking $19,500,000

　　In 2022, the motor yacht underwent a major $2.8 million refit in Fort Lauderdale with work including a new paint job, an engine overhaul and an upgraded galley. Her interior and exterior soft furnishings were replaced in 2021, and she completed her 15-year ABS special survey in 2020. 

　　Her broker also highlighted that she has been "meticulously maintained by her current owner".

　　Amore offers generous accommodation for 12 guests in five en suite cabins, cared for by a crew of nine. The master suite sits on the main deck with four guest cabins below, comprising a full-beam VIP, two guest suites with king-sized beds and a flexible cabin with a full, a single and a Pullman berth. Meanwhile, a sixth cabin is currently converted into a massage room and gym. There is also a lift that serves all four decks, complementing a spiral staircase.

　　The spacious main deck offers an open-plan lounge and a formal dining area for up to 12 guests, while the skylounge is outfitted with a more relaxed lounge and a marble-topped bar. Amore's sundeck is also an enticing living space on board, equipped with a barbecue, shaded bar and a lounge, plus a forward Jacuzzi with far-reaching ocean views.

　　The aft deck of the yacht for sale boasts an al fresco dining area for up to 10 guests with sunloungers. Meanwhile, another social space can be found on her bow.

　　Twin MTU 1,800hp diesel engines power her to a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles with a 12-knot cruise speed. Key specs include a nine-metre beam and an interior volume of 499GT. 

　　Amore is asking $19,500,000.
