€500k price drop on 46m motorsailer Atlantis Pearl

　　The 45.7-metre motorsailer Atlantis Pearl – listed for sale with Yannis Mitsopoulos and Stamatis Konstantos of Ocean Independence – has received a €500,000 price reduction.

　　Delivered in 2012 by Royal Craft, Atlantis Pearl blends the classic charm of a sailing yacht with the comfort and capability of a modern motor yacht. Constructed with a steel hull and superstructure, the 276GT yacht was designed by Alparslan Tekoğul with interiors by Dara Kirmizitoprak and naval architecture from Royal Denizcilik.

Lying in Greece, Atlantis Pearl is now asking €7,000,000

　　Accommodation is for eight guests across four en suite staterooms, including an impressive full-beam master suite. Her open-plan main deck saloon and dining area is surrounded by large windows that fill the space with natural light, while a raised forward observation banquette provides exceptional views under way.

　　Deck spaces are equally generous, with a large flybridge featuring a bar, Jacuzzi, dining table and storage for tender and toys. Additional seating and sunpads are positioned on both the foredeck and aft deck, enhancing her appeal as a family cruising platform.
