Tasting Notes With one year of aging in oak barrels and one year of underwater aging, the wine has the perfect balance of fresh fruit aromas and spicy oak, with very soft tannins and a surprising, complex and very strong finish. Visual Profile: Medium intensity, cherry red Aromatic Profile: Clear in the nose, medium to high intensity. Powerful and mature red fruit. A very classic Tempranillo with black licorice and truffle, and fresh notes of rosemary and mint from the Graciano and Mazuelo. It has a very elegant nose with essences of tobacco, nuts and spices such as cloves. The aromas of wood appear as coconut, cinnamon stick, and vanilla. Taste profile: Powerful and elegant. Good body, balanced acidity, and sweet, soft tannins. The underwater aging leads to a perfect fusion between the fruit of the grapes and the oak. The finish is long and strong, with plenty of fresh fruit and soft hints of wood. In short, it is a rich wine for the senses with great harmony.
