Our services start even before we negotiate with you. Once you have selected desired products, we will designate professional staff to provide door-to-door measurement of site size for you, and then deliver two or more design schemes (image-text scheme or design sketch) as required by you for your confirmation. As soon as you’ve confirmed, we will arrange production as early as possible and offer a 2-years product warranty. For any quality problems arising during normal use, products can be repaired or replaced for free during the warranty period. In addition, only cost of repair materials is charged to products exceeding the guarantee period to be repaired (freight charges are borne by customers).
