  Istanbul Furniture, Paper and Forestry Products Exporters' Association is a semi-governmental organization operating under the umbrella of the Ministry of Economy which furniture exporters become members and is the coordinator of all Furniture, Paper and Forestry Products Exporters' Associations in Turkey.  Since its foundation in 1973, the mission of Istanbul Furniture, Paper and Forestry Products Exporters' Association has been to help increase export levels and competitiveness of aforementioned products, to diversify export products and to help furniture  exporters form a strong relationships in the international arena and support them to enter into new markets. To that end, the Association takes active part in international organizations and continues the organizational work in Turkey.
