The details are as follows: 

1. Unique and advanced cutter pitch adjustment device: This structure belongs to the first "Invention Patent" (Patent No.: ZL200520121720X). When the cutter needs to be adjusted, there is no need to adjust any screws, just slightly rotate the pitch adjustment lever. The task of distance adjustment can be completed quickly and accurately, which is dozens of times more efficient than traditional distance adjustment methods.

2. Low noise and no particle splashing phenomenon: All the transmission gears of this machine adopt involute helical gear transmission. The gear materials are made of high-quality steel and high-strength engineering plastics (PA), so the transmission is stable, the noise is low, and the transmission coincidence coefficient is low. Strong bearing capacity and long life. In addition, the cutting cavity composed of the knife seat bearing and the supporting plates on both sides has no cutting material splashing in the enclosed space formed by the unique eccentric distance adjustment device of the knife seat bearing seat. 

3. Convenient assembly, disassembly and cleaning: The movable knife holder support plate adopts the Huff type. When the knife holder is to be disassembled, it can be easily removed by unscrewing four compression screws. The upper traction roller adopts the fulcrum rotating lever principle. The clamping force is large and easy to adjust. When cutting the material and changing the variety, it is turned on the traction roller, and the entire material cavity can be thoroughly cleaned.

4. Long service life and low failure rate: All the bearings have increased the safety factor of use, and the bearing is designed with waterproof penetration. The fixed knife and the movable knife are all made of wear-resistant alloy to adapt to any (including modified and enhanced) plastic pellets.
